Nvidia Low Latency Mode
Anyone have experience using it in Hunt? Is it worth it?

It says if the game is more CPU Bound, this feature won't help much. So to me since this game seems more CPU dependent then it won't do anything for you. (I'm no expert just my thought). Always doesn't hurt to give it a shot and see if you yourself notice any difference tho

Not really that CPU intensive always only using 50% and below on a 8700k OC 5.0GHz while my GTX 1080 SC OC substantially is getting used from 90% to 99%

If you're playing on 4K, of course you need more GPU power. For everyone else (below 4K resolution) you're most probably having the CPU being the bottleneck.

Personally my gpu is the bottleneck. And i have 2 of them.

What about (roughly) 75-130?

On my super powerful hardware I have more than 240 frames, but limited it to 220 + gsync. I feel all the low latensy modes, the most responsive is ultra, OFF is the smoothest, the picture is not so torn when moving the mouse when you look around, ON mode is something in between. For myself, I still haven’t decided which is better. I shoot best at ultra, but I notice the enemy in motion worse, which also affects my skill

Measuring if something is CPU intensive purely by usage means you have no idea what you're talking about. You can still be CPU bottlenecked even if you're "only using 50%".

I found out that I'm not getting better performance either way, but I have much better input control (less input latency) with Low latency mode On. I didn't try Ultra, and I guess I don't need it.
I have G-Sync enabled, by the way, so I'm not getting tearing.

I have a gsync monitor as well and the tearing is horrendous. Old Hunt had none at all. I'll try playing around with low latency mode.

Is G-Sync enabled for fullscreen and windowed?
Anyway, for my statement I played in Fullscreen, not windowed fullscreen. Maybe that's the problem in your end.
I don't enable V Sync ingame, kor DLSS, nor any other special settings, and frames unlocked.

I tried low latency because I suspected that my input lag was bad because of something, and that was it.

For your thing, test what I told you or other solutions because I suspect that your G-Sync isn't working, at least for this game.
You can also "force it" via Nvidia Profile Inspector.

It's set to both full screen and windowed, so it isn't that. I do use dlss though. Vsync eliminates tearing completely, but it adds too much input lag. I guess you can get used to it, although Hunt already has delays caused by their piss poor servers and vsync makes the game feel more unresponsive.
