The guns with bolts are lever guns and the ones with levers are bolt guns.

Bolt and lever are the action of the gun I believe.

If your character has to use a lever, like the Winnie, to load another round in, it's lever.

If the character manipulates the bolt to load a round in, it's, you guessed it, lever.

There are no bolt guns. Crazy I know.

What is Sparks LRR? I am asking of course because what trait to pick with that gun when not having a sniper scope attached.

Sparks is a single shot, breach loaded rifle. It is neither bolt action nor lever action. The only Sparks variant that has a corresponding trait is the Sparks Sniper.
