Right now it's not working. It gives the "Please restart" message every single time but the DLC never activates

for those that are having problem with the dlc saying restart the game, restart steam and it will work

Unable to redeem bray shaman on total war access dashboard. Says "already purchased" but continues to say "Add Now"? I redeemed the ogre mercs but can't seem to redeem the bray shaman.

Works fine for me, make sure you guys get the free stuff from Total War Access and the Thorek FLC on the game's steam page.

Happened to me too after I redeemed the Ogres, leave the game and go back in then redeem from the overlay and you should be able to.
Heavy load from everyone trying to get stuff at the same time.

I'm having the same problem. Says "already purchased" when I try to redeem it. I too was able to get Ogre mercs. If anyone knows a workaround would be appreciated.

Unfortunately that didn't seem to work. I will keep trying periodically though.

Ok it works for me now. Just keep trying to redeem every 5 minutes or so and eventually it will work.

Game crashes on start up for me? No mods installed.

I cant even play it i bought it and it says in steam library but when i go to manage my dlc it does not pop up or when i go into the game. When i go in game it says i own all available dlc. Can anyone help me?

Was able to redeem the Bray Shaman finally. Just took a few times.
