Tbh though, both were quite good wind spells. Wouldn't have nerfed the Pendulum but the head makes some sense honestly.

Then again, it was always a risky wind spell, considering how inaccurate it can become (killed my frontline more often with it than I am comfortable to admit ^^)

Why not? In MP he never was used because he easily could be kited. Same if you fought against AI Malus in battle.
Once he is in Tzarkhan, run away from him and he dies.

No, I think this means that the damage you inflict on yourself as Tzarkan is -60%. Unless I'm reading that wrong...

You are not, the self-damage is reduced by a good amount. Which was needed.

aha it reduced his damage to himself, not his damage output.

that not overcasted pendulum and burning head nerf though ... I understand its good, but no lore of life nerf on the other hand ... ?!

As always, I'll wait until I've played the game a bit before I complain too much. I don't currently play MP anyway and I expect most of these changes will affect MP most of all.
For Vlad :

Base Weapon Damage changed from 310 to 130
Armour-Piercing Weapon Damage changed from 170 to 300

I don't really know how this work, will he do more or less damages ?
