Previously I've used all the steps in the link above (I first had this issue three months ago), and nothing fixed it. I finally reset Windows and even had my modem replaced by my ISP (as that modem completely died). But this error started happening again, and when I finally realized it only happens when I attempt to connect to the Internet via WiFi, that's when I Google searched and found this solution to log on to my modem settings and unselect a certain PMF setting.
I've logged on to my modem settings and can't find this PMF selectable. At the same time the error stopped happening so I left it as is. Until yesterday the error occurred again.

Mine is a desktop, the monitor is at head/chest level, but the CPU was backed into the corner under my desk. I don't know the specifics but I've had to resort to using a secondary device as a WiFi hotspotter for 2 months before I realized this antenna issue just earlier today.
it says it is caused by duplicate hardware
