PEGI 16

so the other day 'PEGI 16', like the intro to a trailer, came through the speakers on TW WH2 on startup, and it its continuously doing this.
ive quit steam, quit the game, shut down laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it is still doing it.
Im on a couple of hundred hours play and this is the first time its happened. Any advice?

what i mean is that the PEGI 16 its playing is coming directly from a trailer. i was watching a TW WH3 trailer right before i opened the game when this started

Sounds like an odd one. It could be that the launcher has cookied your trailer position and is resuming that somehow as the game starts. Bit of a long shot but you could try clearing out your cookies for all warhammer total war related sites in your default browser.
