how to do arrow dodging cheese

I can't do Tiqtak'to's first battle because I can't do the arrow dodging cheese, and what ♥♥♥♥♥♥ at CA thought it was a good idea to make a lord's first fight mandatory cheese?

its rly not that difficult to zig-zag (well unless your name is Rickon...)

Even the AI can do it and does it. You are literally worse than the braindead AI in this game. ^^

I don't know why, I've restarted the campaign 5 times now trying to do it, but my hero just doesn't dodge and dies from the arrows. I am actually really upset because I want to play this character but I can't do his first fight. The more I think about what the devs were thinking making his first fight mandatory cheese, it makes me regret giving them my money.

You keep repeating that claim that you cannot win the battle without cheese. It has been a while but I am very, very, very certain you do not need cheese for it and the issue is a bigger one here and boils down to: you are not that great with Lizards just yet.

i really doubt its neccesary for the quest but you just go back and forth changing direction every other second or so. if you need it it should not take long to learn

Show us a video if you can. Because I'm interested in how you're unable to dodge arrows. Even on flying mounts it's easy. As long as it isn't a dragon.

What difficulty are you on anyways?

Just fly on the edge of their max range. The moment the AI fires, just move in another direction. But never forward. Always keep at max range.

Don't try it if they have gunpowder units. Not even your 100+ speed is enough to juke without taking heavy damage.

I just did the battle on hard here are some notes.

1. Your cavalry is stronger then theirs
2. All of your units are faster
3. Their ranged units are superior but terrible if engaged

I advise you split your forces and try to bait their cavalry into attacking your skirmishers and then counter charge them and take them out. Once their cavalry is out of the way you can easily outmaneuver them and engage the ranged with your cavalry and take both units easily(don't straight charge at their ranged units you will lose a lot). After that its using your hero and and flying ranged units to take apart the spearman who can't do anything and when weakened take them apart with your skirmishers and cohort. Careful with the enemy hero he can do some damage to your flying units and cavalry if standing still. Or you can cheese their ammunition and basically win the same way by making their ranged useless.

Basically like most people said and hold space to see enemy archer ranges and keep moving your flying units in and around their max range until they run dry.

Um, or you could use your units correctly and then have Tiqtak engage.

you're not supposed to do it. Stop looking at peoples breaking the game to learn how to play it; there's no way that works. You'll just learn how to break it yourself instead.

I looked up all the threads op made and it seems like that he literally is to bad to play the game. And blames his failure on the game and not himself evertime

But op if you got any redeeming qualities, just watch this youtuber and try to implement his advices. If you are still bad at the game, after following his advice, just remove it from your library
