They have no regard for the rest of the world, would raid, plunder, pillage, torture and enslave whoever, wherever or whatever they feel like. Every darkelf only cares about himself and all his ambitions are aimed at self interests and would kill even thier direct family without hesitation if it serves their purpose.
But skaven even surpass them. So that's saying something.
