With Troy just out, expect the next Three Kingdoms DLC to be mid-late September. Thus you can assume the next WH2 DLC to be roundabout November. Ish.

CA did say they’d reveal the dlc “properly” soon, but soon for CA can be anywhere from 2 Weeks to 2 Months.

They haven't even released its name or the specifics yet (other then one of the lords being Wood Elves and a bonus Wood Elves lord if you own the old Wood Elves content).

september comes troy dlc out too, maybe they make a wave

Given how they like to stagger their releases so that there is a decent gap of at least a month or so between them I would say RCmidas's guess seems the mostly likely. Although it got a lot less attention than the announcement that the next WH2 DLC would include the WoodElves they also said that the next DLC they released would be for Three Kingdoms.

CA probably figured that it was far enough a way that they needed to tease it a little bit in the dev-dairy to keep people interested.
