SILENCE AND THE FURY WILL NOT INSTALL

Has anybody got any ideas that can help me? I purchased Silence And The Fury and it says that it is in my Steam Library. I loaded the game and the DLC wasn't there, so I checked the DLC checklist and it does not appear in it. It appears that Silence And The Fury has not installed and it looks like I have no way of installing it. Trying to get help from steamsupport is totally pointless, they are nearly totally incompetent. This has never happened to me with any DLC for this game and I own it all. Any ideas?

@Feral Interactive why does this happen at all? Why not release all versions at once?
Besides that it's simply not fair, you're literally ruining the game for a lot of people who play with mods (which are probably the majority of players). Because mods quickly get updated for a new patch, but the game itself is not – and everything starts to crash (meaning, even if we disable mods, all saves won't be available). And we have to just sit here for unpredictable amount of time, looking at completely broken game, and wait until this pseudo-release will become an actual release.

We can't go into specific details about the factors that determine the time between Windows and macOS/Linux DLC releases, but rest assured that we are always working closely with our partners to ensure that DLC and other updates are released in a good state as soon as possible after Windows.

Ok then, when you sell DLC please mention release date for Windows and release date for Mac.

Same problem for me, I bought it at pseudo-release date and have to wait.

On Linux PC, i don’t have access to the DLC, was looking for some bug report and found this topic, so i guess it’s just a matter of "wait more" ?

I believe it will take them at least this entire week.

I sent an email a couple of days ago, and they answered quickly, very politely, the usual "working on it" and "very soon" stuff.

Even if a bit frustrating not being able to play the new version on day one, it’s coming to Linux thanks to Feral.

This happens every time. I'm used to it and it doesn't bother me at all. I've got over a hundred games to play anyway. So many are working on Linux these days (native or proton)!

Hi all,

I had the same problem with my game and I am running it on Windows 10.

I Right Clicked the “Total War Warhammer 2” in my steam Library. Selected Betas and found that I must have opted in to a Beta Launcher at some point. I have selected “none” and instantly steam started to install a 6.5GB update.

Game now has all content as far as I can tell.
