Why does this still have denuvo?

Denuvo rose it's ugly head again for me during a storm. I do not play wahammer total war every week and on multiple occasions have been locked out. Almost every ubisoft game I have uses it despite there being copies on torrent sites for years. Jurassic world had it when the game is dirt cheap and no one cares about pirating it.

I'm sick of being expected to juggle my library of games by "checking in" just incase. I own a legal copy of the game and bought all these DLC packs and I'm getting craped on for financially supporting the game and the brain damaged fossils that published it.

The only reason why I have not bought total war 3 is because of this Denuvo crap. I refuse to buy another game that uses it. I hope the infrastructure that holds it have a catastrophic failure some day so people realize how awful of a concept it is to have online requirements for video games.
