How do you get warpstone as skaven?
Not doing to well in the skaven campaign, and I am being outsted by the AI that are ahead of me on the vortex

What building/buildings do I need to construct to get warpstone?

You have to check the map. Certain settlements provide warpstone resource. So take those, and build the special building. Also, you get +1 for each settlement you own. You also get it from events or completing missions.

uh which clan you playing? since ihavent noticed that super big need for warp stone to win at all except to upgrade skryre

He's talking about the Warpstone resource used to perform the Vortex Rituals.
