want to see if my pc can run Total War Warhammer 2 on at least medium or high settings.
My specs are:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz

Video Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530

Video Card #2: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M

RAM: 16GB

I know that it will be impossible to run it on ultra or even high settings but could I run it on at least medium?

Low-medium unit size and you can turn the settings up. With that system you won't be putting things that high unless you do that. Either way, if you buy it you can refund it within 2 hours if you find you can't handle it.

Dang, if you don't mind me asking how do our other settings compare? I understand that the 960 is the most important part but was just wondering.

Thank you for the reply! I'll try to look up what that looks like and that should help my decision.

I used to have a 960 and the game was mostly fine on medium settings, but that was a desktop GPU not laptop.

Depends whether your 960m is the 2GB or 4GB vram die for it to run TWW2 at low-med. 2GB no chance. 4GB acceptable as per my old laptop.

My old 2GB desktop 960 was fine for WH2.

Buy it,
Test it / Benchmark it,
Refund if necessary

I have 4GB so hopefully that's enough for a laptop. I'm buying the game whenever it goes on sale next so hopefully it can run on at least medium. If not refund is always an option.

Anyways, thank you for the reply!

it really also depends a lot if you want looks or high frames. In slow games like this I usually go for the looks since I don't play online, so I get around 20 fps on mostly ultra settings (though slightly stronger build than you), but if you expect it to run at 60+ you will definitely not be able to have that with your proposed settings

Try going to this website: https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

I used it to see if my set up works, and it seemed like a simple process.

I've checked the website and all of my settings except the 960 pass. I even pass the recommended settings when it comes to all the categories except for the 960.

That being said, I understand my 960 is pretty bad and outdated. If I can't hit a solid fps even when playing the game on medium I may refund it, it just depends I guess.

That site can be so unreliable.
