You'll need to include a bit more detail if anyone is going to be able to help you. What PC did you buy? What are your PC specs?
Crashing could be hardware or software and is very hard to diagnose. Does it only crash when playing total war? Have you tried other games or programs to stress test?
What are you PC temps when running total war? It could be overheating.
Are all your drivers up to date / correctly installed?

I'd suggest troubleshooting your setup a bit. Make sure your OS and drivers are all up to date. Check your hardware temps under load. Maybe do a virus scan as well.
Fwiw Win 11 hasn't been an issue for me, nor Win 10 or 8.1.
Tbh though the WORST issues I had was with Warhammer 2, which was afaik an extremely rare problem that I never figured out either a cause or solution for... it ultimately resolved itself... but the series overall does seem prone to odd things triggering issues.
That aside, OP, your specs are fine for it at 1080p-1440p. The only thing I'll advise there is installing the game on an SSD or NVME to save you a lot of waiting.
I hope the issue resolves for you soon.
