Seriously why does the AI not compete in vortex head to head campaign?

And someone know if a mod exist for change that and alow us to play a normal vortex race?

Yes, because it's player versus player focused. Co-op is versus AI.

I think i sincerly say, yes, Not a-lot of players of warhammer 2 actually play the vortex campaign apart from the first time they get the game - the main shtick of Warhammer 1 & 2 was Mortal Empires.

Silly question time: Are you currently running any mods? it doesnt sound like it, so its probably something on the games end. aside from submitting a bug report, try verifying your games files at your end. Saying that: I hope your Search of the Workshop finds something you can use - the Vortex isnt a bad Campaign, just personally. ME is better.

Because the first game was released..... first. with the premice of "hey if you get all the games in this unique series we're making they'll all combine together for one massive campaign map with all the races" - turns out this was a *HUGE* factor for many people who bought the game namely when Mortal empires dropped people playing vortex dropped to practically nothing and its stayed near that since ME's release.

Seriously. A simple google would have told ye this.

For OP, I'd say they could definitely add that. Probably most peoples playing multiplayer campaign will play ME simply because ME is completely sandbox so you're not restricted to which faction you play(in vortex you can only pick two factions that are following the same victory condition/opposite victory conditions).

In Solo though, Vortex is waaaay better to play for races starting in Lustria in ME, just saying, as Lustria in ME is a very subpar part of the map compared to how good it is in Vortex.
