* There are no good Skaven
This clashes with being born to be working on scheming and plotting, no?
It's the warrior caste versus clerical caste.
That's a major reason for Morskrittar (Skryre's head and one of the 2 most powerful member of the council of 13) to want so much to destroy Mors before it becomes too powerful.
No one outside Mors knows why they're all loyal. Which makes it very scary for everyone else.
And Queek is the epitome, the very symbol of that. No cunning scheme or betrayal or political shenanigam for his own benefits. He challenges his foes head on and add their heads to his collection.
Queek is the less skaven of all skaven warlords.
I wish that he had rules reflecting that in TW Wh but unfortunately he doesn't.
