Too much Funds makes it go negative?

I was playing Grom, and had over 30,000 funds (I think around 50,000 after a good turn of sacking).
Next turn I have over -2,000,000,000 funds. What happened to all my money?
The last save was quite a few turns ago. I am fine with dealing with in game mistakes (Losing battles and being attacked) but this as completely out of my control.

Edit:
If I play for another turn, it goes to 0, then the next turn I get my normal income amount.

Anyway to change a file so that I don't have to start with no money? I was waiting a few turns to upgrade my army buildings before building another army. And now I have no money

Probably passed the highest integer somehow so it went to the lowest... but 50k is really low for an integer overflow. Trying losing money to get back to the positive if an end turn doesn't fix it lol.

50k income is definitive not the limit, neither for gold on the bank. Its another form of bug.

50k wouldn't cause an overflow, millions doesn't either.

yeah i know 50k is not the upper limit but him going to -2 billion sounds like an overflow result

It seems like an overflow bug initially. but playing another turn gets me to 0, then another turn acts like I started from 0.

Also, my troops get attrition because of me have no money. Any way to modify the file so I don't have to start with no money?

Sounds very low. And not even high elf hero-spam before the nerf made the game go broken. Only eastern roman empire in Attila has ever managed broke the finances (thx to % interest)

It's definitely not that, given that I've had nearly 130k/turn before.

Probably some bug sent it into an integer overflow.
