Also clan Skyre pretty easy.
-Use Tobaro as you sack city , sack it as many times as possibe before Beastmen come.
-When you see them comming, occupy the city.
-Then conquer all of Estalia. (I use empty lord bait ambush strategy).
-if you are playing the new Beta , requit as many lords as you can afford and raid near Miragliano.
-prepare to invade Miragliano , on VH they should already declare war on you.
-I use again empty lord bait to deal with Tileas army. Then conquer them all.
Now you should be in a good spot. Choose your direction of expanding and never fight on 2 fronts. Or at least try not to.
-also be aware of fking HE..
Use Miragliano and Tobaro as sack cities
Kill the Fay Enchantress for extra replenishment
Always end your turn with Ikit in either ambush stance or the underway. Underway battles are so easy for a range-heavy faction like Ikit
Use Warlock Engineers to boost weapon damage + range; Warplock Jezzails can outrange most artillery while your warpock cannons can get 700+ range
Be the one to attack
Expand under-empire
Enemy armies = food and money
You hardly need more than one stack with Ikit once your weapon teams are in the army
And the tactic using an empty lord as bait, is perfect! Can't believe i never thought of that.
Thank you both for your tips, really helpful.
Also, plagueclaw catapults punch way over their weight and are vital for any early Skaven army. Rush them for your first T3 building.
