How can I get the Total War: WARHAMMER II - Drycha DLC?

This is the only DLC I don't have.

I have Total War: WARHAMMER - Realm of The Wood Elves.
But I don't see Drycha in the list of DLC available to me
(maybe it will be inside the game, I can't check yet. But still I read that this is a separate DLC, which I don't have).
I have all the tw1 dlc, all but this tw2 dlc, and all but two weird tw3 dlc.

Because several times I was able to identify very strange moments in games (others) that could not be recognized in any other way.

Open up a new campaign for Mortal Empires, and she should be an option. She's not a total war DLC, she's an added bonus to Mortal Empires if you own Realm of the Wood Elves
