Do paladins training bonus cummulate with other paladins?

Also does similar skills cummulate? I just confederated with Bordeaux getting army with 3 paladins and I dont know if I should fire them immediately or keep them for a while.

That bonus is so small its not really worth getting. Don't bretonnia get like +100 xp a turn to all armies at high chivalry anyway?

I don't really play Brettonia. If you mean the hero skills for being embedded in an army, then no, the same skill doesn't stack.

They do. However I dont like fire people when there is a chance they arent waste of money.

Just to be sure, you know you can take these paladins out of the army and use them as agents and/or put them in another army right? You don't necessarily have to fire them

I know very well about heroes secondary purpose (and for some players primary) but I had high public order nobody to kill in are and these guys were very low level making me want to get rid of them since I dont have use for them or I would have to send them huge distance.
