Unit size and performance
Would you recommending axing all graphics settings and set texture too high and unit size ultra?

I cant get a consistent read how unit sizes affect my fps.

sometimes its a 2-3 fps difference between high and ultra and just chugs at random point in a battle.

turned corpses to 30 seconds. random chugging still occurs.

id live with the chugging but im on an older 4 core intel cpu and a crummy 1050ti.
im not sure if it hurts my hardware or does it hurt only my experience.

it all depends on if you want fancy graphics or not. we cannot make that choice for you.

for me playing on max unit size makes sense, i usually play with the dawi, they are an artillery heavy army, having unit size set to max makes it easier to hit groups of enemies and i dont really care about graphics. that is why i always play on low graphics and max unit size.

I mean, my computer seemed to want to run it on small, i get 60 fps in most 20v 20 battles. 40v40 is a problem but small unit scale is ♥♥♥♥. edit, forgot to say i always play on ultra

I have a 1050 ti, and i think it’s my cpu that has a fit when there are too many models not the gpu, and the cpu is 10 years old…

the game has a lot of fluff, if you turn some stuff down you should be fine

Guess I'll be fine as long as I keep everything low (except unit size) and auto resolve skaven and undead fights
