But, with that said, I experienced this pain a few days ago with my Beastmen campaign. My breyherds would jump quite literally inside of my Lords, so that the next turn I was completely unable to move. I would say that happens 4-5 times per campaign with my Beastmen.
The only mod I use is the one that allows encampment at 0% movement cost.
But i doubt it since CA has never fixed real problems. They rather ignore them till the customer forgets about them...
You litterly have a mod that change the rules for movements, and you wonder why this happends to you.?
-I already deal with the game crashing whenever I destroy more than one part of a wall when sieging the lizardmen. I don't know why this happens to me but it just does. With that I can always come back and try again it doesn't take more than 30-40 seconds for me to load back in and try again. This bug doesn't happen when fighting any other race its just the lizardmen. Plus I am not being punished by losing almost an entire army or high level lord.
-Even in battle mode we can see that units will always try their best to never clip. They will wait and allow themselves to find an opportunity to walk through without clipping before even daring to move. I know these next examples aren't the same as Total war but they are still Strategy games and The devs can take note. Company of Heroes 2, vehicles and other units will always try to avoid cilpping and if they do, they will back up, step aside, but never pass through them. In the end though units will always attempt to unstick each other. Axis and Allies from 2005 also did the same thing but in this case if there was no way for a unit to move because they are stuck in another unit. One unit will always be allowed to move to break the problem.
-We spend a total of how much for the full Total War experience? If I am spending almost 200+ Dollars I would expect bugs that harm the player to be squashed. Even if the solution is so simple or if they can't replicate the bug at least show some effort in trying to get rid of it. But if the problem has existed since back in 2013 and you have been provided with saves and examples of it in action. Why ignore it still knowing more players are going to get hit with this.
Screenshots would be a lot more useful.
