Report a translation problem
Just in case a reminder that invasion now happens only up north. Near Naggarond and In Chaos Wastes. No more sub factions for Chaos.
Changes to the triggers and armies (all taken from the script):
- Midgame invasion turn 90-110, 4 armies and 2 agents (depends on difficulty)
- Lategame invasion turn 140-160, 8 armies and 4 agents
- No more imperium/settlement triggers
Army multiplier by difficulty:
- off = 0 (duh), On = 1, Hard = 1.5, Very hard = 2 and "Legendary" (not really) = 3
Changes to the spawn points:
- Only WoC and Warherd of Chaos spawn now (+ Bjornlings lategame).
- Spawn points north of Ulthuan and between Lustria/Araby are gone completely
- WoC/Warherd now spawn only in the Chaos Wastes and the northern border of Naggarond
Changes to defeating Chaos:
- Now you ONLY need to defeat the 4 legendary chaos lords, Archaon, Kholek, Sigvald and the bird.
- Once you, or anyone really, accomplishes that, all remaining chaos armies disappear just like that
Yes, you read that right, yes wtf, yes that sucks.
first of all: it wasnt randomized before. You needed to have a certain amount of "points" in settlements to trigger the invasions. If I remember correctly it was 81 for Archaeon.
Second: If the small invasion now triggers at turn 100, then it has changed drastically. I had minor Chaos invasions as soon as turn 30 and Archaeon spawns round about turn 70 before, depending on which faction and which difficulty I play.
So far I once had the message "chaos stirs" but not even the chaos guy who offers the bribe early on.
I suspect that the same happened like in my vortex campaigns after the last updates: for some reasons scripts are not working properly any more.
I guess I will see in round about 40 turns...
