Most of those LLs would only be usable as Mortal Empires additions.

Also, so far as I can tell, Thanquol has long been the most requested LL. Probably followed by Valikia the Bloody.

I quite like Dechala, but no, she can just suffer as a crazy mutant worm-elf for the rest of time.

I'm not sure how you think that's what "most Warhammer Fans" are waiting for. Do you have any data to back up this assertion?

Given the amount of elves on that list, I doubt your conclusions....

For myself, in game 3 LL I would like to see:
Egrim Van Horstmann (added to WoC in a rework)
Astaroth the Sorcerer (Chaos Dwarf)
Bel'lakor (Undivided Daemons)
Borgio the Besieger (Dogs of War)
Nagash (leading his own faction, entirely doable, details on request)

...actually, I can't think of any others I'm looking forwards to. Happy to have more Daemons etc. Ambivalent about the others.

Fans like 1-2 special snowflakes asking for this characters. You have dozens of iconic important characters left.

Empire for example, Emmanuelle? are you for real? She would never lead an army on the battlefield. We still dont have: Boris, Emil Valgeir, Kurt, Ludwig, Jubal Falk, Luthor Huss, Marius Leitdorf and if you want your waifu that bad than: Elspeth von Draken and you are asking for Emmanuelle? but considering your threads in the last time you are either a troll or you have no clue about warhammer lore in general
