Are there any mods that make temporary item upgrades (reforged quality) permanent? It is obviously op, but i just want a sandbox mortal empires experience at this point

if you go full 3 upgrades of one item it would be as close to temp as possible. For examoke, on armor you would have 20% movement, while temp gies you 25%.

yeah, full permanent upgrades are strong, but reforged items usually give crazy strong buffs, like the dreaming ring that gives greater arcane conduit, or an item that gives perfect vigour for whole army (while permanent upgrade gives perfect vigour just for the character wearing it)
