What do Dwarfs eat?
They live in mountains so have no farms or livestock, so what do they eat? Do they just sell gold or cannons for food and textiles etc?

Well mountains do contain animals such as goats, mountain lions, bears, etc.. Those would be good for protein, I also assume mushrooms are eaisily found.

Barley is hardy. They make beer with something so they can probably grow grains and make bread.

I suppose their diet is different from humans then, so mostly eating meat could make sense. There must be a load of different types of mushrooms that have all the carbs and vitamins that they need as well. If barley grows at high altitude then it makes sense that is their main carb and also for beer and bread etc.
Also makes sense why they have beards, probably the best way to keep a supply of fresh yeast with them at any time.

Merely living in a mountain doesn't preclude the ability to have farms or livestock in or on those mountains.

Warhammer fantasy especially the endtimes part is just plain illogical. Just enjoy it for what its worth.
Mountains ranges have valleys and 'flatter' land between the peaks.

That is the staple diet of most unsuspecting races.

Look up terrace farming. On hilltops & mountainous regions in the world, many cultures do it. Dawi have grain for staple & beer, lots of wildlife for protein.

Well not warhammer, but in one of the old norwegian storys with askeladden, There was a friendly hobo dwarf with a bottomless appetite that could live off eating just granite, His bottomless appetite helped askeladden settle a bet with the king where he had to eat more food then humanly possible, However askeladden snuck in the stone eating dwarf and made him do it for him.
