For magic, orc shaman. Big waagh is better than little waagh imo

Decent melee combatant, extremely tanky. But also reduces vigour loss for orcs. So they fight better for longer.

Their combat ability seems fairly unimpressive frankly; but yes, I guess vigor loss reduction is significant.

I think black orc big boss also has an area of effect that grants nearby units immunity to psychology.

They're all pretty good really. They all have their uses. The only ones I'm a bit so-so on is the Goblin Big Boss and the Night Goblin Shaman, particularly in battles.
