Every game there is basically has cheats for ai, if it's unlimited ammo in fps, HUGE tons of HP and damage for npcs (Dark Souls, Bloodborne) or better economics (any rts), because currently there is no *true* ai, and it can't compete with players (at least good players).
If you wanna experience fair play set the difficulty to easy, and steamroll the poor ai.
