Report a translation problem
Flame Storm overcast moves at standard speed, but its overcast also deals more damage.
Skull Storm overcast moves at standard speed, but apparently has increased AOE.
Golden Hounds moves at a slower speed when overcast.
Bladewind also moves slower when overcast.
EDIT: Curse of Da Bad Moon also moves slower when overcast
I think that's all the overcast vortices. So it's kinda consistent in that increased duration means slower speed, but also not fully and also never explained in-game.
So it's a somewhat new change.
I wish CA would make it clear when they do such changes.
