Taurox campaign advice
I'm doing my first campaign here so I'm sort of new to this overworld thing and I've got a question about taking on sieges in the new Beastmen campaign.

When attacking an enemy in a fort with Taurox, is it better to siege and starve them out before attacking, or just go in guns blazing with no siege equipment and simply try and absorb the inevitable losses?

I get that the Taurox campaign is all about maintaining momentum, I'm on turn 47 and I've cleared the starting area of the Taurox campaign to the immediate north and south, I've gone north-east and wiped out the Ork faction and now have headed north to Naggarond, but as soon as I try to fight them on their turf they put 3 big armies out against my force and it's not a winnable fight for me. Did I play too slow? Should I have just zerged across towards Lustria as fast as possible and avoided sowing devastation in these other areas?

Beastmen as a whole are great at ambushes. So you'll wanna do 3 things to ensure you have every advantage:

1) Attack with Lightning Strike unlocked from the blue line to ensure you're eating away multiple stacks close to eachother piecemeal.

2) Get your ambush success rate up as it'll VASTLY increase your chances to win since you'll be in formation to fight while your target stack is in a convenient marching column.

3) If you can't reach your target, make sure you have Hidden Camp stance on so that you can prevent the enemy getting the initiative on attacking you in an open battle, and that you get the chance to ambush them if they walk on top of your stack.

As for the siege battles, it's always best to wait it out until they're hit with attrition if the auto resolve isn't in your favour already.

For Beastmen level up the Bray-Shaman building in your army. It will give you access to the Shatterstone ability. That ability will instantly break a hole in a wall so you can rush straight in every time.

I usually rush, you lose some chaff troops but rarely a full unit and even then you can just recruit a new one...

In this game you never want to starve a city, it takes way too long even as Taurox. Just bust the gate open with heroes, minotaurs or any monstruosity you have in your army and it's done before you know it.
