However, moulder provides you with ability to fight anyone. Anything. On any terrain. Cellurar instability is pretty hige gamechanger. He also can raise up armies of monsters pretty quick.
So, as moulder you, first of all, need to have at least couple of mosters with CI in any army jus tin case. He excells with it. But you can also come up with different creative strategise for infantry if you want.
If you go monster way - use combination of MRO(mutant rat ogre) and BH(Brood Horror) units in army with couple of packmasters, 1 engineer and one eshin sorcerer. Chieftans are also possible, but you dont really need them.
YOu want to go in reasonable blob of enemy, explode with CI and then run out or clear enemy remains. MRO can get out of any blobs by using attacks, but you`ll beed to learn distances at which you need to give attack order to get right animation. BH are quicker and smaller. So BH is generally better to flank and deal with enemy backline, while MRO do better in melee blobs.
Ambus, as always with skaven, is necessary. Try to be attacker. You dont really need under-cities, but it is always an option. On campaign first you need to secure dwarfs in your back. Build as tough settlement as possible, since you would need to deal with chaos invasion. You can ignore norsca whatsoever, low money and high time to spend. Focus on raiding empire. That way you can build up relationships with drycha, which can be powerful ally in region.
Juice is better spent (imo) on mro/bh, so you cna raise proper armies quick. There are YT guides for first turns, that would explain how to get CI on your first MRO on turn one, highly advise you to do it.
That is general approach. After that - experiement with whatever you want in lab and leave some MRO and BH in free pool so you can quickly rais earmies in problematic region, better hire ujnits for money.
If anything specific - ask
P.S. Forgot about eshin sorcerer. WHy him over plague priest. Reason is - eshin ihave stalk, he have spell that makes your monsters stalk, he have reasonable damage spel and he have huge buff to missle resistance (worst enemy of monsters) and also provide experience to your units. WHile plague priest are no teasy to hide and less mobile, and you also dont really need his damage, as you already have CI. For harder battles you also would have eshin.
