Probably got the most out of tomb kings.
Smaller dlc, prophet and the warlock.
Skaven and guns just fun.

Twisted and Twillight
Warden and the Paunch
Shadow and the Blade
Prophet and warlock
Queen and the Crone
but that's ranking taking in account campaign. if it's just for units, it would be
TK
Vampire coast
Warden and the Paunch
Twisted and Twillight
Prophet and warlock
Hunter and the beast
Queen and the Crone
Shadow and the Blade
Norsca are cool looking. I particularly like Trogg a giant troll that's large enough to act like a siege engine on siege maps. They focus on werewolves. Trolls. Wooly Mammoths and dragons.
Tomb Kings are mostly just skeletons, but you'll get some large constructs/monsters with an Eygptian theme to them.
Vampire Coast are a favorite. Lots of undead pirate units. Exploding bloated corpses. Various monsters from the depths of the sea. A giant wooden golem type creature with cannon arms that's an a absolute beast. Fun game mechanics too.
Skaven Units. The best I think is Throt the unclean. You can mutate existing units to have various neat properties like making them stronger, faster, or giving them the ability to explode. With Skaven you get alot of rat units but you'll get rat orgres. Mutated rate ogres. Abominations. Brood Horrors. Plus various mechanic nightmares like Doom Wheels.
With Throt comes The Twilight Wood Elve heroes. That's a neat faction. Mostly large ents (walking trees), dragons, giant birds and various elf units.
1. Vampire coast -- Super fun campaign; very different from the others
2. Prophet and warlock -- Really love lizard campaign side plus Skaven units
3. Tomb Kings -- Would be #1 if their campaign wasn't so slow and grindy
4. Warden and the Paunch -- Both sides are fun; love Eltharion's unique mechanics and units
5. Twisted and Twillight -- Skaven side is tons of fun. Wood Elf side is decent but Drycha is better
6. Hunter and the beast -- Empire side has neat units and provides a pretty different empire campaign. Lizard side is ass.
7. Shadow and the Blade -- Skaven side is kinda weak compared to Ikit and Throt. Malus seems cool at first but is actually kinda basic and annoying.
???. Queen and the Crone -- Have not played either lord, so can't really rank this well. Sisters of Avalorn are overpowered.
2. The Twisted & The Twilight
3. The Warden & The Paunch
4. The Queen & The Crone
5. Vampire Coast
6. Tomb Kings
Else
