Having 1 ground bound unit is a pretty much a must, else you quickly lose due to rules.
Maybe def sieges are different.

Imo VC got good enough groundbound high tier stuff to use.
So far i understood you don't need to worry about it much if you cycle units.
After all we got nothing better to do until op comes with more informations.
Its a bit much cav too, unless you're really good at micro.
E: mistook crain wraiths for the cav version, number is fine.
Can't see anything about heroes either. The lore of the vamps is pretty potent, but probably a bit less vs achries elite.
Deathlore fares most likely worse.
VC got strong lords and monsters, their infanty isn't that much, but only a few can beat against chosen anyway.
