The spawnpoints have been largely removed, only the chaos wastes spawnpoints has remained but on top of that chaos now also spawns the whole north of naggarond.
Since OP clearly stated he controls naggarond, the chaos wastes are much less important for him.
@OP the spawn points north of Ulthuan and between araby/lustria are gone for good though.
Chaos will raze some stuff but eventually dies quickly enough. Worse, AI (and player) only need to kill archaon, kholek and sigvald and all other stacks disappear.
