Dealing with dwarf ghost heroes?
Any way to deal with the pesky roaming Dawi ghost heroes? For some reason none of my Hero units can do anything to them. They just go around assaulting my walls and being an utter nuisance, while I can't do anything to them.

Permanently - get rid of their faction.
Temporarily - wounding them in battle

Not really, particularly once they've levelled up. Mostly, kill Clan Angrund before they become a problem.

Well they confederated with Karaz-Karak, but I've been bleeding them with Vampire Pirates from the coastline (formerly Border Princes) and with Skaven alliance from the north of the mountains, while I'm climbing on to them from the south with Grimgor and his boys. It's strange that you can't even use, let's say Shamans to deal with them...

Yea, they have innate very high agent action resistance, not sure if you can overcome even with all the possible boosts and traits stacked on one agent.
But even then, you'd just wound them temporarily.

As they're immune to your heroes' attempts to wound them,as best ya can...ignore them.
Also you can hope they get the occasional critical failure, that does "wound" them for the usual amount of turns.

They only "die" a perma death, if embedded in army and the army is destroyed or their current faction is destroyed.

100% immune is indeed very high...
Unless they're been tweaked recently, they can not be wounded nor assassinated by an opposing hero's action- the whole spirit/ghost thing.

They're immortal so dying in battle only wounds them too. The only permanent removal is destroying their faction.

In battle, use magical attacks, those will melt them easily. That's the only way to wound them unfortunately.

If you're playing evil faction and Belegar is anywhere near you and will one day become a thorn in your backside... wipe him out as soon as you can.

They can be killed in battle and wounded /assassinated if you've got enough bonuses (Vampire counts for example can do it easily with Queen bee bonuses from Lamian lords as two of them standing in the same province nullify entirely the ghost heroes bonus) but just like any immortal hero, even if you do this they'll spawn again at their nearest settlement 5 turns later.
So dealing with them permanently is only possible by destroying the faction, just like every single hero above level20.
