The deep roots ability has a cooldown period, you can't spam it. I believe the default (without any bonuses to reduce it) is 10 turns.
The 10 turn cooldown is not a bug, its intended. Unless you meant that you can't use it even after 10 turns, then yea that sounds bugged.
not talking about the cooldown, i know its intended, thats why i restarted the game to fix it, and it helped, which means there is a coding problem with deeproots
If you mean that you restarted the campaign then i'l just add that the sisters can't use deep roots for the first 10 turns and that is also intended.
P.s Might help if you rephrase what you are saying, your meaning isn't really clear.
