Read the reviews for this new DLC - the new WE faction is really quite poor - everything from just re-skinned units to uninspired, frequently annoying mechanics for them in the Forge of Daith.
There's a huge imbalance in the quality and work gone into the Skaven vs the Sisters. The Sisters are just not enjoyable. The regular WE from the original DLC are worth more for your money, plus you can play them in TWW 1 if you choose.
There are a few ugly types who seem to love a single faction, the Skaven, here who immediately launch into insults against those pointing out these issues.
You WILL get Drycha if you own the original WE DLC, and you get the -admittably very nicely skinned- Glade Captain if you go through the Total War Access nonsense that nobody likes.
You do not need the new DLC.
I'm still enjoying my Twillight Sisters campaign. Enjoyement, fun, all this kind of things are subjective.
