Well I got hundreds of hours in it, only ever bought things when they're either 50% or 75% off, and also got gifted warhammer II to start it off. So I'd say I got my worth out of it and have had a lot of fun and have a whole lot more fun to have after the next patch. That said, it's silly to buy this stuff when it isn't on sale, infact it's on sale right now, also in december it'll be on sale again, goes on sale a lot and that's like half price, why would you pay full when you could pay half or less?

I'm over thousand hours between the two games, and thats while being a busy momma raising my kids while working from home, and playing when I have spare time over the years. So yeah, I've gotten my moneys worth and I'm sure many other people have more time then me in it. Not to mention its not like it was 300 up front. It was 60 up front then a bit here and there, then another 60 up front and a bit here and there.

Its the only game I play besides Cuphead. I have all the DLC's and pre ordered the new one.
The game is even better if you read the lore or watch videos on the lore.

Get everything on release, played 3000 hours in both games, with many more to come. Now I have friends coming into the game from the table top. It's really up to you for if it is worth it. I think it is, lots of fun and now going to have some fun with my best friend in the game. If you don't want everything don't get everything, get things piece by piece and see how far you want to take it.

I think so, i feel like I've only scratched the surface so far lol i haven't played as every lord yet and i haven't beaten with every lord either plus I'm still learning the game, so yeah i think i got my moneys worth ages ago lol hahaha, i love the lore and the setting lol and i was a dummy and paid full price! i was just so excited to play lol i do wish i had a friend to play coop with but maybe one day haha

Yes. Definitely. 1000s of hours played already and 1000s more to come in this game and 3.

I am not really a fan of the 4x part of total war, but i still bought every DLC of total warhammer 1&2. The realtime battles are just too fun. And the unit models are excellent.

What i dont like about the games: The campaign gameplay is meh for me. I dont like the unit upkeep, the economic side, the broken diplomacy, the neverending boring sieges etc. I just want to see two big fantasy armies duking it out on the battlefield.

300 $ would not get you very far if you wanted to play warhammer fantasy. if you can find people to play with at all now. It is very good that the game is preserved as video game.

TWWII is well worth 300 $. The amount of work they put into their DLC is much better then for example games from paradox interactive, where they just change some numbers and ask 20 $ per DLC.

Have fun.

What's the point?

I own both WH 1 and 2 and all 34 DLC's, so, if the price goes up or if it goes down how exactly should I be concerned?

Do you think it was worth it?

Are you just a troll?

Are you unhappy?

Are you bored?

Kansas is pretty flat.

I have had more than 3000 hours and it has been worth it. The key is to buy it during sales or when there is a discount.
Lain Nov 28, 2020 @ 10:24pm
currently 1800+ hours of playtime, i still have multiple lords to try out in both Vortex and Mortal empires
i think ill still be playing another 1k at least

i do kind of think that like a third of the dlc's should/could have just been in base game warhammer 2
*i still remember skaven rattling guns before the W&P dlc. now you got to buy the dlc to have what used be in the base game, even though they were not as good before*

also you dont have to buy dlc's
i didnt get the vampire coast, tomb king or alot of newer dlc until i played all the older ones
i still actually havent played eshin, malus or half the vcoast campaings

Buy the DLC when its on sale.
