Running TW causes videos/streams on second monitor to freeze

Pretty much what the title says. I have a dual monitor setup and I often play videos or watch gaming streams on one while playing games myself.

Thing is, when I try this when playing TW (and this happens only with TW), the video on the other screen frequently freeze-frames. As in, I still get audio and so I can tell it's still running but the visual part becomes a still image.

This doesn't always happen and when it does, it's always either a gaming stream or video - I don't recall it ever happening while watching a podcast, vlog, an animation, etc.

Anyone ran into a similar problem or know what this is caused by? And, better yet, how to resolve it?

Had the same problem. Seems the issue was Anti-aliasing. I set it to down to FXAA and at least for now it seems to work fine.
