Why Mazdamundi 10 relationship penalty ?

well... he once thought that a whole mountain range wasnt at the right place according to the great plan... so he moved it a few meters, not caring the slightest that there may be people living there

and in the bigger picture: he is the mightiest living slann who interpretates the great plan and all living things which arent creations of the old ones doesnt care him the slightest

No, that's not how Lizardmen work. They follow the Plan. They always follow the Plan. They were made to follow the Plan.

They don't always agree on what the Plan entails exactly but by the Old Ones will they follow their interpretation. And pretty much all interpretations include the other races being in certain places and others not being there at all.

Last I checked maz is one of the most active and oldest living (2nd gen I think) ,he also if I recall chose to do the great plan in a check list style and changing or removing inconsistances in the world

and as others said he can be a touch of a jerk,but a jerk with a purpose

He really needs a rework. Slann are supposed to be the best spellcasters in Warhammer and yet he's weaker than a generic High Elven Archmage.

i mean slann are the best generic spellcasters in-game by a mile only outclassed by legendary casters like teclis and mannfred

Yeah but Mazdamundi himself isn't even in the top 5 spellcaster LLs in the game, maybe not even the top 10.

Also I'd argue HE Archmages are better than Slann Mage-Priests.

i mean archmages have mounts making them more versatile but from a magic perspective slann win

mazda is insane with magic generation he also being the only caster lord in the game "I think" to have 2 free bound abilities as opposed to 1 "well technically he only has 1 cause ruination of cities is bugged and has been for a while making it basically useless" but when that gets fixed he will be back to his former glory

Problem with Mazdamundi is that he doesn't have a very good spell selection, nor does he have anything to reduce the cost of his spells nor (I might be wrong on this, don't remember but I think it's true) anything to reduce the cooldown of his spells. This means that he can cast fewer and worse spells than a lot of other spellcaster LLs.
