I as well. In the middle of a long Dark Elf coop campaign with a friend, and if I can't load it, then he can't play either.
I had mods previously, but I uninstalled them when I started having problems.
For reference, it was just the one, the better autoresolve mod.
Apprently, if you go into program filees (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\total war warhammer II
warhammer2.exe is there, select it, and make sure you are NOT running as administrator.
As soon as i unclicked the "Run as Administrator" ticker box, it started working again.
It have so far worked fine trough when i clicked exe from common files but now after laboatory update it dosent start anymore
For some reason game updates makes both warhammer games to me not to start
Sorry to hear that. I haven't found any other information about this other than using the method described above to fix the problem. If I run across anything else, I'll be sure to post it here.
