Report a translation problem
You could try restarting the download. I think this can be done by exiting Steam, browsing to the folder it is downloading to (e.g. C:\Steam Games\steamapps\downloading\594570), and then deleteing those files.
That should retrigger the download next time you go into Steam. If not try verifiiying the local game cache - to do this just Google this process :)

No, it's taking 30 minutes, to an hour or something. Along those times.

I had 100 gb free on my disk not 150 so storage was not an issue.
