The last ubdate is stuck at 82% how to fix this?

Have you checked how much space you have on the drive the game is installed?

You could try restarting the download. I think this can be done by exiting Steam, browsing to the folder it is downloading to (e.g. C:\Steam Games\steamapps\downloading\594570), and then deleteing those files.

That should retrigger the download next time you go into Steam. If not try verifiiying the local game cache - to do this just Google this process :)

By waiting. It's copying files, installing/applying the patch and depending on Drive speed, that takes a while.

No, it's taking 30 minutes, to an hour or something. Along those times.

strange once I uninstalled another game in my library it started downloding and reach 92% and stopped its very strage very very strange.
I had 100 gb free on my disk not 150 so storage was not an issue.
