Problem with Cheat Engine

I was goofing around with Cheat Engine, I had unlimited action points, but it's now stuck in an On Position. I've reloaded games, restarted the game, even restarted the computer. Even with Cheat Engine not even running, every unit in every campaign - even legit ones - now has unlimited action points. Even a brand new campaign this happens. Anyone have a fix for this? Do I need a fresh install?

Is there a config file or something I can make a backup of in case it happens again to avoid reinstalling?

Ok, I reinstalled, but the problem still exists.

Update: So it's now working correctly, units no longer have unlimited action points all the time, but the graphic is bugged and just *says* they have full action points at all times.

You'll probably have to delete your warhammer 2 folder from program files/steam/steamapps/common.
