Keyboard Control Question
I must say i am struggling but loving the gameplay. I watched some tutorials on controls but I am not sure what key to press.

So my issue is this. Say i select all my units or say 4 infantry style units. I am moving them up. I saw someone in a video move them up on battlefield and they would target automatically the closest group in front of them. How do I do this? They all had a red line to unit directly across from each other. So in this example it would be 4 red lines to 4 seperate enemy units. Hope I am explaining this correctly.

I have to micromanage each one. But I saw this guy do it and he was like yeah just click attack. Where is attack?

Not really sure as I’ve never delved into the more advanced keybinds. If that exists, it’d be an attack move command, though I can’t say what the actual keybind is.

If you set your move point behind a target, they will fight through the target instead of just try to walk by it.

If you're a new player, I'd mention it's totally cool to pause the game, give units commands, and then start the game up again. Battles can get a bit tough to manage before you know everything, especially for races like skaven.

@father ribs thats a good tip. I am new and will pause more to issue commands. I am having a hard time but it is fun to try and master

Might have been an attack move while maintaining formation with ALT or maybe they were Grouped with CTRL+G and locked.

Have you looked through the keybinds menu?

i think i see what i did. Need to test. Have to be in march speed. Use as group and then select attack. At 10 minute 30 second mark I think thats what he is doing
