Yes in vortex/ME but it does make her cost more each turn so remove if your not using her for whatever reason , for pvp i would say it depends on how mach armour piercing you think the other player will bring especially if its ranged.

It depends on what you fight. Against infantry only factions like Dwarves, it's no problem to let her run around on foot, but against Lizardmen and their monsters for example, you need a mount. Otherwise Helebron will be knocked around by the dinosaurs the whole battle without achieving much.

Whether you choose the Manticore or the Cauldron really depends. Fury of Khaine is an insane boost and having it available one more time does have benefits.

I was very stupid in a game and attacked a Skaven capital but since I don´t reload I had to fight it out. I just sent Hellebron in her cauldron and she pretty much soloed the entire settlement ... (with a little help), she did have some 1600 kills.
