Activate Blood Kiss For old campaigns

Hi community.

Recently I came back to TW and while the update for vampires looks amazing and techs are great it seems like the bloodlines icon (the nosferatu button) next to the turn icon is not working for old campaigns. I was wondering if there is a workaround this? I do get the icon if I start a new campaign. Currently I'm not using any mods in either case, but perhaps a mod that allow this to work correctly?.

What do you mean exactly by "old campaign"? Do you mean the first game by that?

I think he's talking about a really old campaign save. Before the vampires rework

Updates that add new features typically do not retroactively affect old saves. Only when the changelog explicitly states it. For example the changes to black arks were explicitly said to make any black ark in an old save level 1 arks.
If the updates in the meantime also affected core gameplay, your really old save might even become weird.

Holy crap, Bloodlines/Vampirates (DLC 11) was 3 DLC's ago. You're talking about saves that're a year old or more. There's no way, no how.

Correct I was talking about an old save and a year old might be accurate yes. haha.

Unfortunately no, a lot of the rework mechanics can't be applied to older saves.
