How to play Gotrek and Felix campaign?

So, guys, I just bought that DLC with those dudes. I thought it would be like with Vlad and The Girl Von Carstein, but then I go to the "New Campaign" menu and see, that neither Gotrek nor Felix are there. Do I have to pay second Total War: warhammer 2 Client on steam? Or do I have to buy the first game twice too?

They're not "bought", they're free to activate in Total War Access

They appear temporarily now and then after you build the second tier of public order building of Dwarfs, Empire, or Bretonnia.

So they are temporary like the World Of Warcraft subscription?
Also, how do I change my current faction to Gotrek and Felix?

You'll get an event to recruit them for 20 turns, after the 20 turns they leave, and are possibly recruited by another AI faction of Dwarfs/Bretonnia/Empire.
You don't start, or "change" to them. They're a temporary lord/hero.

empire, bretonia or dwarfs

build your 2nd level public order building and wait until u get a notification that u can hire them

for the rest look at elitewreckers post above you

Dwarfs, Empire, Brettonia... They'll appear in your territory and you move to that spot to recruit them. They last a short time before disappearing. They will be back after awhile again.

Why would Dwarfs, Empire and Brettonia appear in my territory? Is it gonna be like the chaos invasions?

When you PLAY as THOSE races, and you build the SECOND TIER of the public order building, you'll get an EVENT, asking you if you want to recruit them.

You don't play all three, they're available for any of those three races.
Now, if you're asking how to play any of the races. You need WH1 to play as dwarfs in Mortal Empires only, which I assume you have since you mentioned Vlad and Isabella, or you can play as Empire and Bretonnia in Vortex with respective DLCs (Hunter and Beast paid DLC for Empire, Repanse free DLC for Bretonnia) or in Mortal Empires as well.

bretonia is a flc race with repanse,

for empire you need the "hunter and the beast" dlc or warhammer 1,

for the dwarfs you need warhammer 1

Gotrek & Felix are not avaible as faction leaders, which means you cant start a game playing as them. They are recruitable for a number of turns for certain factions after certain conditions were met.

Its not very difficult to understand and its very easy to find this information by just googling for twenty seconds.

I have all those race, but I don't really know how to play as them all in one campaign..
