so what one? im in a cross road between wood elfs or the new dlc:( But i also like the hunter and the beast:)

Shadow And the Blade is probably the best lord pack DLC. Both lords come with a lot of gimmicks and both have unique campaigns on the Vortex map.

Hunter and the Beast is iffy. A lot of players didn't like either lord. The extra units are pretty interesting though.

Warden and the Paunch was a good DLC. Greenskins needed the boost and Grom is one of the best campaigns on the Vortex map.

Wood Elves are terrible. Their campaign is a joke in ME. They need an overhaul badly. If it wasn't for Clan Skyre and sometimes the Dreadfleet showing up in Estalia, you could easily complete their campaign without ever really interacting with the game 2 races.

1. Very good DLC, especially for Skaven. Adds poison wind mortar which are ridiculous under the hand of Ikit Claw, Snikch is awesome too. Dark Elves are very meh. Don't get it for the Dark Elves.

2. Ok DLC, Markus' campaign is fun, new empire units are very good (except war wagon). Nakai's campaign is trash, units are very cool though.

3. Awesome DLC, Groms campaign is easily the best Greenskin campaign, units are so fun to play with, hero is OP. Eltharion is super cool, units are very good.

4. Meh, if you want to future proof the potential upcoming rework for them then get them, other than that they are pretty boring. The new cheese makes them insane but that's gonna be patched.


100% get S & B if you want to have even more fun with skaven, don't get it if you want to have fun with Dark Elves. Get H & B for the units and Markus' campaign. Get Warden and the Paunch in general, high quality DLC. Don't get wood elves unless you want to future proof.

Would agree with everything except that S & B is the best Lord pack, that goes to Prophet and warlock ;)

Shadow and the blade... I said it was the best. Can't be more clear than that.

Don't buy the Warden and the Paunch yet. There's a ton of bugs CA needs to fix first. It should have been delayed a couple months.

Once those bugs are fixed, though, I would recommend it.

I played W&P and its true that there are some bugs, but its fun for sure. Buy it!
But i can also recommend wood elves if you like an easy party with hardcore range units. I liked it! Buy it! But buy it in sale.
