Difficulty?

Evaporate that red Dark Elf - can never remember the DE faction names - and then get up quickly to Shades. Take out Mr. Ambush Anar and continue north. Try to bribe Hexoatl into an NAP.
what are you doing to "fix" your public order? that may be the problem here.

Good point. The Ancient City of whats-it-called helps loads, and you usually would judt need... uh... the 'torture posts' I think they are, which stabilises your public order rather well.

Beyond that seems like overkill. Presumably your armies aren't far away, so can hop back and stomp on any rebellion.
ill have a look at it i thinkg to just ignore public order from now on and just farm rebll for slaves
generally what you want to do early on is to not build public order, and just watch out for how many turns it will take for it to reach -100. Take those turns to fight the neightbour, then come back to farm the rebelion right after it's spawned, rince and repeat. If you lose turn doing nothing but sit in your settlement just to keep your public order stable, you're probably going to miss the opportunity to expand early on before the enemy can muster a lot.
you want stabilized public order when the region is just too fart away from wher eyour armies are batling to bother coming back. So in most campaigns early on sinc eyou're battling in the neigthbouring province, it's not necessary.

Except with HE, because HE gets malus for low PO so it's a good idea to not keep it low for too long.

doing that now seems to begoing a bit bettwer and free money and slave one thing i worked out is i need to keep fighting for money
Just slap a general with 2 unitstacks in your capital if that region is going to ♥♥♥♥. it will increase public order. Also describe what you're actually doing when making a topic and spellcheck.

Slidra Tor? Yes, eliminate or confederate them right away to get a full province and then approach Naggarond, btw Malakith is actually Morathi's (your queen) son, Har Ganeth and Bleak Holds to join you in the war against Nagareyth (sp?), which you start the game at war with. Also, be careful of Lothern sailing to your shores and starting trouble. You can ally with the Orcs that are just south of you, at least get a non aggression pact with them and the same with Hexaotl, although you will eventually go to war with Hexaotl. Clan Pestilens isn't a bad ally early game, but watch out later as they will booty scoop everything and eventually mid to late game will have to be put in their place because they get too greedy. However, the biggest threat is that High Elf Nagareyth right next to you and the High Elf island to the east.
