Report a translation problem
Might want to adjust the deadzone on the right stick.
Steam have basicly enabeled Controller suport for everything, where you can map your controller as you want.
If it's plugged in it might interfere with the UI.
Right stick is mouse by default.
You can also deny controller input by right clicking your game in the steam library:
Properties -> General(Tab) -> Steam Input Per-Game Setting:
Force Off
Np, but for a more permanent solution you should go to steam controller settings and make the deadzone on your right stick just a tiny bit larger. Untill it stops "wandering" on it's own.
Especally if the problem reapears in other games.
